How quickly do you reply?
Within 2 business days, Monday to Friday, in the language of your message: French, English or Spanish.
What happens after a demo request?
We write to you to go over your venue and opening hours, then send you a demo: a mood picked for you and an announcement in your name. The price proposal follows, based on the number of venues, zones and announcements.
Do I need to contact you to use the music in a video?
Not for personal use: just credit Music Radio. For commercial use (advertising, a client, a venue open to the public), write to us and choose “I’m a business”.
A station isn’t working: what should I do?
Reload the page or try another station: a station can be temporarily unavailable. If the problem persists, write to us with the station and your device.
